This is a trade practice case between Juzhiding Garment International Trade (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. and an American customer on the transaction of men's cotton sports suits.
1. Establish business relationship
American customer R&E Company established business contact with Juzhiding Company through the Canton Fair held in Guangdong, China. Since then, the two parties have had many good business contacts.
2. Transaction negotiation
R&E Company faxed an instruction letter for making men's cotton sports suits, and mailed fabrics, color samples and a garment sample to Juzhiding Company, requiring Juzhiding Company to deliver the goods in more than one month, and return the fabric, Confirmation of color samples and two garment samples of different sizes.
After Juzhiding Company received the sample, it immediately made a quality sample and color card according to the sample provided by R&E Company, and then mailed it to R&E Company for confirmation by DHL

R&E Company received the garment samples sent by Juzhiding Company, confirmed that they were qualified, and asked Juzhiding Company to quote. On the same day, according to the requirements of the instruction letter, Juzhiding made a quotation to R&E Company based on the quotations from the fabric accessories factory and the garment factory and the company's profits.
After many rounds of negotiation, two days later, the two parties finally decided to make a deal at USD13.20 per piece.
R&E Company required Juzhiding Company to fax the contract and countersign it according to the quotation.
3. Sign the contract
Juzhiding Company drafted the contract according to the details finally confirmed through the transaction negotiation between the two parties.
After the drafting of the contract is completed, it will be sent to R&E Company for countersignature. After the contract is signed, the two parties will revise and finalize the details of the garment.
